I have a brand new aspire e-15 a couple of weeks ago I try to turned on the laptop, and the laptop show me the message no bootable device so I try to change in bios from UEFI to legacy but without solution. After that I try to deconnect the 128 SSD without solution. at the end I download windows 10 from microsoft to reinstall it but during the installation process the SSD is not present in the menu for the installation. any one have a solution for this problem

yes, call the Acer support service, probably your SSD died.
    I'm not an Acer employee.

Perform battery reset(stick a paperclip in battery reset pinhole), wait for 10 minutes, then open the laptop disconnect the SSD and wait for about another 10-20minutes, put the SSD back in and if the SSD is not again found, contact Acer support.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
