Hi...
I have the same issues as this
https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/512449/e3-111-bios-not-saving-settings-nor-will-it-update-to-1-37-from-1-35

There is no way to maky any changes in CMOS, nor its impossible to reset it... when I remove the battery, first it boots like its refresh but it loads the data from somewhere else and gets stuck again...
Any idea how to re-flash it? I know the FN + ESC method but 1) i dont know where to get the .FD and 2) Unsure about detaily of the process.

Can anyone help please?

if you are still uner warranty, the best way is to contact Acer support service, since this can be a CMOS issue and forcing updates can brick your laptop.

Actually this was a re-sell from another e-shop as "used" thing, umm they do offer warranty to me, but they're not Acer either... Bassicaly I would be happy if I could "force it" unfortunetly i cannot reflash the bios... the DOS always told me "unsupported platform" (even tho its correct), and in windows it just restarts without a flash... sadly the support has a very limited "open time" aka they are online only when I am at work either so i didnt had a chance to contact them yet~, I am just wondering if someone knows or has the service guide since I couldn't find it anywhere

None helped so far, cannot start flash process from crisis mode. Acer support was like "we can only replace MB if this doesnt work". Right now I contacted seller describing the issue to see his reactions.
