My Windows 10 won’t boot (Blue Screen, INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DRIVE)

So, on my Predator 15 G9-591, I got an automatic update, which I thought was weird in its self because I have automatic updates turned off. I’m assuming the update ended up failing somehow; I may have possibly been the cause of the corruption.
So to get more scope of my issue, I’ve been having issues with my laptop for awhile, if I closed the screen, I would get a black and white screen almost like the display was faulty, I would have to turn off my laptop and turn it back on. I attempted to fix it, using online forums, I found a solution by changing some of the power save settings, the issue wasn’t completely fixed, as it still would happen if my power cord wasn’t plugged in, didn’t attempt to fix it because, my laptop is almost always plugged in. This started shortly after updating ALL of my outdated drivers, at the time I didn’t know that, when it comes to Laptops, if it’s not broke, don’t fix it, I was just trying to increase my speeds a little figured maybe updates would help. Needless to say, that was maybe 3 weeks ago. Today, when the update was installed, I have NO IDEA what the update was, I noticed my laptop had turned off and wasn’t turning back on I waited just in case it was auto restarting, it didn’t, so I turned it back on, immediately I received blue screen with the inaccessible boot drive error, my pc tried to diagnose itself, didn’t work, I tried to open advanced boot settings and ran the startup repair, this also failed. I’m already downloading a fresh install of windows 10 onto a USB using my buddies laptop, in case that is my only option. However, I can enter and boot Windows 10 in safe mode, what can I do to avoid having to reinstall Windows? Is there something I can access to rollback my laptop since I CAN boot safemode? Also, I have 0 backups of my laptop....big mistake I know, I just don’t know where I would store my backups, was currently looking for a suitable backup drive or something of the sort.
