Hi,

My Acer Predator G3-710 desktop is having some problems. The motherboard can´t see the m.2 SDD and i get the "Non bootable media found" error when I try to start the computer. This have happened several times, but have successfully booted Windows after some reboots. This time it wont get past that error. I googled it and found that this was a common issue with the mb and firmware, so a bios upgrade is needed. I have downloaded the latest firmware here: https://www.acer.com/ac/sv/SE/content/support-product/6373?b=1&pn=DG.E08EQ.006 Yes my bios is the R02. I just want to be 100% sure before I start the bios upgrade, therefore I have some questions from the guide found in appendix folder:

1. How do you prepare the usb stick? Do you have to use rufus and put the whole folder on it? As the guide says "EFI USB THUMBDRIVE"

2. The guide says "Enten EFI folder, then enter AFU folder". The folder I downloaded dont have any AFU folder under the EFI folder. Same is with "FLASH_x64.nsh".

Thank you for any help!
