I have a Revo RC111. Need to add another SODIMM but can't find specs to match

Does anyone have the exact specs of the memory being used in the RC111?   I have two SODIMM slots but only one is populated.  I have 2GB and believe the system would run much better with 4GB.
Anyone know what the Memory specs are or where I could obtain another SODIMM?   Is the system capable of more than 4GB?   If so, what would be the maximum it can support in a single SODIMM?
I attempted to try and match up with a module which supports DDR3 2GB PC10600  (1333Mhz)   but that module would not boot.  Seems it might be due to this being 16 devices and probably dual rank.  I think this needs to be single rank.  The existing module has 8 devices.  Marking is:
HDDR3-1333 2GB 256MX8
KN2GB0H01320504B0AM800
The other side of the module has a single sticker with:  KN2GB0H0132170399B3000
The memory devices on the module are Elpida which was bought by Micron and I couldn't find information on them at the Micron site.

    Supports 1G/2G DDR3 1333 single channel memory
    Memory type DDR3 SODIMM
DIMM size 1 GB or 2 GB
    Number of DIMM socket 2
Maximum memory size per socket 4 GB
Maximum system memory size 8 GB
    DIMM speed 1333 MHz
    DIMM voltage 1.5 V
    DIMM package 204-pin SO-DIMM

looking at the supported specs, system will support up to 8GB total so 4GBx2 but...2GB DIMM size is the maximum per slot.
