Hi all, I have two of this monitor and have two main issues:

1. I cannot get Windows to find identify this monitor. Any ideas? Have tried looking for drivers, updating, reinstalling, different cables, different ports and both monitors are having the same issue.

2. Cannot get the display to stretch to the edge of the monitor.  This unit is borderless and the display surface stretches all the way to the edge (1-2 mm plastic on the outside).  Even though there is screen there, I cannot get it to display all the way to the edge.  I have tried the monitor controls - HDMI input so not able to stretch manually. Ive tried adjusting the screen stretch options through Nvidia Panel - creating a custom screen resolution to a larger size wont help (using 1060 6 gb for GPU).

Any ideas on either issue? Maybe the two issues are linked? Could these monitors just be defective for not displaying on the whole surface or could it just be advertised as edgeless display but this is the max theyre going to do?  That would not be very truthful advertising/marketing of the monitor if the case.  I would really appreciate any input on this from anyone.  Thanks in advance

so your monitor image doesn't look like this one?
what do you mean by "identify"?
if you are talking about monitor name under Device manager, windows 10 use generic PnP monitor label, since it doesn't need any driver; windows will read monitor EDID and set everything automatically.
