Hi,
I have an aspire 8930G with win10 32 bits.
I bougth a 5.1 speakers.
My aspire is compatible with 5.1 but when i put all the cable only 2 speakers work :(
I don't know how to plug the speakers...
I have three inputs on the laptop: black, pink and blue.
The speakers are green, yellow, black.

When i was on vista, it worked.
The sound card driver Realtek is the newest.

Do you have an idea?

Thank you.

If you haven't done so already, open Device Manager and uninstall the Realtek driver. Exit Device Manager. Then do a cold boot and allow Win10 to automatically re-detect the card and install the driver. Make sure you're internet connection is OK as Win10 might want to search on line. Jack E/NJ

    Thank you.

    I'm a newbie :) What is a cold boot?

Cold boot is to start out by  makng sure the machine is turned completely off. In Windows this means a shutdown as opposed to re-start or sleep or hibernation. No LEDs should be lit. No fans or disk drives should be whirring. Not hibernating. Not sleeping. OFF as in dead. If you're not sure the machine is completely off, remove the battery and AC charger plug.

After you're confident the machine is OFF, then reconnect the battery and charger. Press the power button once to turn the machine back on and boot. This is a cold boot as opposed to a warm boot or re-boot or a re-start.
