I had a camera edit msg and have only begun to use the camera.  There’s an answer on their help forum that’s helped 96 people but I couldn’t click on it. Microsoft tech then remote accessed my computer and now they say I need an installation disc.  My pin doesn’t work. There’s no internet connection and I’m not tech savvy.  Please can anyone help

if you want to reset (re-install windows), try to press Alt+F10 keys at boot and check if it starts the recovery process

can you please post the laptop model too?
    I'm not an Acer employee.

I’m sorry I’m not tech savvy.  How do I press those keys at boot?
