HDD Caddy and Connector

Hi Guys,

So recently I got the brand new Helios 300 and once I opened it, I didn`t find the caddy and Connector for HDD.

I got the laptop from Amazon US for my residence in Ireland and I am moving soon to Brazil. I`ve been trying to contact Acer UK and BR, Acer BR answered that they don`t have these parts and Acer UK seems to be useless, assuming that I sent 3 e-mails and also tryed to use the chat and didn`t get any answer.

I am a bit disappointed and frustrated with since nobody helped me.

So I would like to know what I have to do under these conditions.

    You can try contacting Acer support via the telephone line.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    If your location is in another region than US or Canada, would need to contact your local technical support to inquire about ordering these parts in your country. If an physical address in the US or Canada can be provided, we will ship the parts to that address and they would then be responsible for mailing the parts to your current location, at your expense. 

     

    Note: Unfortunately we do not deliver packages to freight forwarder's addresses.
