Cannot get xtu to open

it says i need to install a windows service 
i dont know how to get it to run
i tried to run the installer off their site and it failed too
G3-572 1050ti varient
any help?

I Google'd and try doing this.

1. Restart your laptop
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility
3. Delete all files in the folder except drivers folder
4. Try reinstalling

well i did already try it once but tried to delete the drivers too
surprisingly this time it worked
