Hi guys,
hope you're doing well.
I've an Acer Extensa 5210-300508 that Doesn't see the DVD-Rom in the Bios.
I've tried to Load Setup Defaults (F9), and Exit Saving Changes (F10).
At the next Startup, entering in the Bios (F2) there isn't the DVD OptiArc in the Boot Sequence Options.
How is it possible?
It could means that the DVD is failure?

Many thanks in advance for your reply
Fulvio

Do you see the drive listed in the Windows file Explorer?

No, I didn't see any CD-ROM neither in the BIOS, neither in the File Explorer.

    Hi Guys,
    thanks for your suggestions.
I've dismount the Optical Drive and clean the contacts on the interface.
The result it's ok, now the Optical Driver works fine.
