How to eliminate the unnerving constant pop up showing ACER disk cleanup which appears every 5min?

Please advise. This disturbs viewing screens with this pop up. How can I eliminate or delete this preventing re occurrence?

check if Acer care center has any options about popups.
press windows logo key and type
Acer care center
click it and look at the top gear settings

Acer makes it nearly impossible to reach their out of warranty staff to resolve problems. This will be my last ACER product purchased. Problem remains of how to rid of unnerving constant "pop up" showing to "delete junk files" . When I click anywhere on the pop up, it then immediately disappears, but then reappears on every open screen 10 min. later. A clear defect from Acer!

The actual title of annoying  "pop up" is DISK CLEANUP"

ok, so run it manually.

windows logo key

type

disk cleanup

click on disk cleanup

click on Clean up system files

let it scan

then tick the files you want to delete, it's safe to do it

at the end press ok and let it clean the HDD for you

Perhaps a misunderstanding.....I want to permanently delete + prevent the "disk cleanup" pop up screen which is very annoying. It appears every 10 minutes on all screens. It won't let me delete this function. Please advise.....thanks
