I don't have two finger scrolling option in mouse and trackpad setting section, i want to know is my laptop eligible for this feature. I recently bought aspire 5 model a515-51g-5621 running win10.

    Hi,
Go to Settings, click  Devices, click Touchpad in the left pane, scroll down and see whether two finger scroll is ticked.

but there no such option in trackpad setting. only touchpad sensitivity and additional setting which lead to mouse properties option are there. I'm using aspire 5 model.

    Hi,
OK, could you please go to Device manager(right click start), expand "Mice and other pointing devices" and Human Interface Devices, post the snip, also could you please post the version of Touchpad driver, you can find this by right clicking your Touchpad, click Properties and find the driver version in Driver tab.

I have exactly that problem. Acer drivers website does not have a touchpad driver.

I've just updated the BIOS to the latest version but when I press F2, I don't access the boot menu but a menu about windows or memory check.

OK, you have to play with this silly menu and you'll eventually find it. It's not as straightforward as it used to be.
