Hi, I have an Acer Aspire R 13 with I5 512GB and an Intel 5500 HD Graphic setup on Windows 10. Serial # NXMQPAA0195341462C7600
I want to project or mirror my laptop to a 32 TCL Roku TV that has mirroring enabled. Windows sees the Roku TV but when I click connect it says "couldn't connect".
When I open Intel HD Graphics Control Panel and click on Multiple Displays it only shows Single Display available.
I've tried updating and rolling back intel driver to no avail. What else can I do?
