Hi Acerites, I have never been happy with the battery life on my V15 Nitro. And over time it has deteriorated more, so I did a recent test:

Battery:Battery Information:

Design Capacity
52497
Last Full Charge
41713

It's not bad but it really doesn't go a long way for me I find, if Im using high powered tasks it will last usually less than an hour. I was wondering are there any much higher capacity batteries available for my laptop model, or would adding a 2nd battery even be possible? I think the battery is inbuilt so would people recommend buying a battery and taking it to a local pc shop to install, or to send it away to Acer to do it all?

I have seen a few batteries online with 4600mAh capacities, if I am correct does that mean those would only provide a very small upgrade for me now? Example of one:

SKU : ACG108279-1 Condition : Replacement, Brand New Chemistry : Li-Polymer Color : Black Voltage : 11.4V Cells : 3 cells Capacity : 4600mAh Size : 212.80x92.54x7.00mm

Any help much appreciated. Thanks
Dan
