Helios 300 Disassembly for sata cable connecting

I got my hdd and the installation kit Acer support sent me. Next I just need to disassemble the laptop but it's a pain. Am I supposed to just slide a card between the keyboard and the back over? I tried to run it through the left side as the instructions said but I can't force it through the ethernet port and I can't slide a card anywhere else. does anyone have a video or anything that could help?

Hi,
Have you removed all the screws from the bottom cover? You don't have to force too hard but use a guitar pick or a plastic card, you can remove the back cover after releasing the tabs in the top assembly(with the keyboard), if you find any tabs difficult to release, move to the other side and try removing from a new position.
