Hi! I bought my laptop aprox. 6 months ago. Today it wouldn't start for some reason. A 'no bootable device' error occur.

I've googled the problem and tried to enter the BIAS and change it to 'legacy'. But it just changed the error layout.

What to do?

enter BIOS again and switch to UEFI since it must work under UEFI.

just check if your SSD or HDD is listed on main screen or under Boot menu.

if not, your SSD/HDD is probably gone and need to be replaced.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

@MichelleYee please start your own thread. Include your full model number, describe the problem you are having and what steps you have taken so far to fix it. Have you been able to get into the BIOS?
