Predator Helios 300 SATA cable and HDD caddy are missing

Hi, im living out of usa

and where im live, they dont support staff ordered from amazon or out of the country.

what I need to do?

how can acer send me the sata cable and hdd caddy.

im very upset of this situation.

    I would contact the Acer support in my region I am currently in about it

    You can send a private message to Acer-Blayn. He will be able to help you.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

If an physical address in the US or Canada can be provided, we will ship the parts to that address and they would then be responsible for mailing the parts to your current location, at your expense. 

     

    Note: Unfortunately we do not deliver packages to freight forwarder's addresses.
