My laptop Acer Aspire ES 14 - ES1-432-P2CG have it's LCD sreen backlight dimmed when it wake up from sleep, it looks like happens after I turn on the Bluelight shiled feature via Acer Quick Access, turn off the Bluelight feature doesn't help.  It happens constantly after sleep.

This problem make me have to hard reset the laptop because i couldn't adjust the setting by looking at the LCD screen. Please let me know if you have any clue. Thanks.

If it happens only when bluelight shield is on then it is likely to be an issue with this setting. I will try this on my laptop even though it is not the same as yours and tell you if it will be the same.

Meanwhile I suggest you to check if Acer quick access application is up to date and also update BIOS to the latest version. Before starting the update make sure your battery is fully charged and laptop connected to charger.

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

It doesn't happen to my laptop.
On your laptop does it happen on when the device enters in sleep mode automatically or when you force it in sleep mode or both? Does it happen on all settings low, medium and high reduction?

i enable medium reduction when enabling BlueLight shield.

The sleep here is enabled by closing the lid. I check the setting inside Power Options-> System Settings, When i close the lid, both - On Battery and Plugged in is Sleep. Fast Startup is not turn on, Hibernate is not turn on.

More description on the scenario - i close my lid for a long time, and without plugin power when i open the lid, then what i notice the backlight of screen is very dim, i couldn't see screen clearly - which display the log in screen - there is some dark shadow show on the screen, then i reset the laptop forcefully through Ctrl+Alt+Del, the laptop behave correctly after the reset.
