Hello All

USB devices  (Pendrive & iPHONE) disconnects and reconnects instantly as soon as I initiate any large file transfer.

1. USB mass storage devices disconnects while transferring files > 1GB size (approx)

2. iPHONE disconnects after initiating sync/backup (after a while when backup starts)

I've already tried below

1. Disabling USB selective suspend settings in "power options"

2. Removing USB devices and restarting OS to re install USB drivers.

3. Tried updating DRIVER (IT says, driver is already on the latest level)

Can someone please suggest what can be done to overcome this. Anyone else facing same issue after trying above steps ?

Your BIOS' version is outdated. Update to the newest version. Make sure before updating, that the battery is fully charged and the laptop is connected to charger.

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Aren't the drivers for g9-x93 models compatible with g9-x92. I thought Acer might have forgotten to upload the drivers on the other predators' pages.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

Successfully reinstalled IO drivers. > Issue still persists after reboot

Installed chipset driver > System crashes and auto reboots as soon as "installation complete" message is displayed. Tried few times.

    Any other suggestions ?

    Thanks for all your suggestions.
I did a system restore (to factory settings) and the issue is gone !

Now I'll update all drivers one after the other and see if issue occur again.
