Hi.

Started to update bios on my Acer Swift 7 SF713-51 yesterday. Everything seemed to work out fine untill the computer rebooted. Now it cant find any boot device.. I have tried to do a recovery but it doesnt work. When i try to install windows this come up. In English "Windows can not be installed on this disk. The highlighted disk has an MBR partition table. In EFI-based systems, windows can only install on GPT disk."

Any suggestion of what to do about this?

Edit: I have formatted the hard drive

    1) boot from your windows installation media
    2) once at language/keyboard selection, press shift+F10, a command prompt will open
    3) type
    Diskpart
    list disk
select disk x (x is the number of your HDD)
    clean
    convert GPT
    exit
exit again to close command prompt
    8) proceed with windows installation
