SF314-52-53AX Acer Swift 3 No Battery is Detected

I just bought an Acer Swift 3 laptop and the battery is not detected from the first time I turned the laptop on. I tried the following:

- I reset the battery using a needle as I read in other community answers (for 10 seconds after unplugging the laptop).

- I uninstalled "Microsoft AC Adapter" and "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery". Turned off the laptop, reinstalled the software, and checked for most updated drivers.

 

None of those ideas mentioend above helped at all, I can not use the laptop without being plugged in.

Please advise, otherwise I will return the laptop asap.
