Acer Liquid Zest T06 MFG JL2017 - "Unfortunately, Acer Liquid Home has stopped."

I just purchased a new phone in store. I set it up according to basic instructions on screen upon powering it up. Half a minute later, no matter what I do, I get an interrupting message every couple of seconds stating "Unfortunately, Acer Liquid Zest has stopped.'

 

My friends, it is 2017. Please provide a solution. This particular phone is very important to me, and I hope to you. This situation is completely unacceptable. This issue is seen across the Interweb on forums. I am not sending my phone anywhere and I am not paying any more money.  I await your response.

    I am now observing a solution I have found. If I do not post any other issues then this will be the final procedure to use in order to bypass the above situation with the mentioned error message:

     

    Factory-reset the phone (I used the Settings-->Backup and Reset-->Factory Data Reset method).

    Do not agree to any Acer Liquid Home (portal) settings and ignore these completely.

    Restart the phone after the main setup (Do not swipe right to the Acer Liquid Home).

    Download another launcher using Google Play (I downloaded Google Now because it is an Android smartphone),

    Install the new launcher and make it the default launcher in Settings-->Device-->Home.

    Restart phone. (Do not swipe right to the Acer Liquid Home).

     

    At this point everything appears to work fine. There is no error message every few seconds. I will start using the device now and report any changes in the situation if such a thing occurs.
