    Hi

You should have a recovery area on the HDD that contains all the necessary software.

It may be possible to create your own install media from this, using a 16 Gb USB stick.

You can download and make your own from Microsoft website onto a 4Gb USB.

What you may want to do is locate the Acer page containing the driver software and make some downloads.

    https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/support-product/6889?b=1

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

    http://rufus.akeo.ie/

So I suggest you continue to make preparations for a time when your system gives an error message.  Both in recovery media and a paper version of the keystrokes to initiate repairs.

    If in doubt please ask.

you bought the Linpus OS version of the laptop, so the OS is already installed but it's Linpus.

if you want windows, switch to another laptop model or you need to buy a windows 10 installation media.

    what do you mean?

you can't enable UEFI or disable UEFI?

to install windows 10, UEFI is the right choice.

    Hi

Try to set a BIOS Supervisor password, just a very simple one, then select Secure Boot.

If the laptop came with Linpus then you should update the BIOS as soon as practicable if you intend to use Windows 10.

    If in doubt please ask.
