This one doesnt turn on anymore. I tried all options available on Yutube and in this community. I have given up. I want to recover the data on the hard dist by connecting it to a USB drive. Can you tell me the details of the HDD and what kind of SATA cable is required to connect it via USB to another computer and recover the data ?

    Need to know the rest of the model number - 4 more alphanumerics.

    My notes show that model as having a 32 GB SSD that is soldered to the motherboard and not removable.

    Thanks. So there is no way to connect to the drive and recover data off it ?

    Not no way just no easy way. Would need to remove the SSD from the MB and create a fixture with intelligence to mount it as an external drive. Is either a Samsung KLMBG4WEBC-B031 or a Hynix H26M64103EMR
