G246HYL - screen blacking out - multiple acer monitors

I have just purchased 2 new G246HYL monitors - not for gaming or movies just office work, anyway, my screens like many others will cut out for a few seconds at random.

After looking through these forums I can see that muiltiple Acer screen have the same issue and lots of folks comment on how they have it too - but I cannot see that anybody has found a solution.

The lenovo laptop connected to them never had a screen issue and the thinkpad onelink prodock I'm using is also brand new.

Does anybody know if Acer actually have a soltion for this or should I just return thees screen before I burn the boxes?

Hey Larryuk, I use the Acer monitor you talk about as single Screen monitor and it works perfect. But I need two more for some Coding I do at Home and I thought about buying 2 G246HYL. Did you fix your Problem using Dual Screen? I would appreciate the Information, because then I'd rather change my decision, sorry for my bad english i am German
