PREDATOR G7700 Upgrade

I purchased this beast "ACER PREDATOR G7700" in December 2008, and frankly I am very very happy about the whole affair.

Specs.: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.5GHz, 4GB Ram, NForce 780SLi Motherboard, Crossair Liquid Cooling, 2x NVidia 980 on SLI bridge.

 

This is quiet old now for my work & Play. So I want to go for a higher version. But the cabinet is something i dont want to change. It is good to have the 4 Hot-Swapable hard drives and the overall look of the system is fantastic. Is there a way to upgarde. I need to change the motherboard, processer and equivalently upgrade the ram and the display card.

Is this possible ?

Which new motherboard will fit in the place of the one that i have ?
