G9-793-79V5 After SSD upgrade / clone. "Create Factory Default Backup" fails.

I upgraded the G9-793 laptop 2x128Gb SSD RAID-0 M.2 sticks to a single 512Gb NVMe 960m PRO stick.

Before upgrade I did make full backup of entire RAID-0 drive.

I restored backup into new drive and so far its been working flawlessly but when trying to create a: "Create Factory Default Backup" using Acer Care Center it fails saying "Some required files are missing"

All partitions and contents were backed up and restored as far as I can tell.

Since original RAID-0 drive is broken and gone I need a full rescue dvd or stick in the event of failure.

Where do I get one of these, either sent by Acer or ISO image download?
