Hi,

I've sent my laptop to warranty due to a problem in the LCD, and it came back with a warranty seal in the back, covering one screw. I can't even acess the M2 slot, RAM, etc...

Needless to say there was no seal before sending it to repair!

Is this normal? Can I remove it?

You can't as you will void the warranty. I don't understand it too. About 3-4 months ago I sent my laptop for warranty repair and it came back with a seal on one of the screws, which are needed to access the storage.

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Did you contact Acer about that? (I've been trying to call, but the line is busy)

This makes no sense. I wasn't notified nor signed anything about it.

Without being able to put the SSD back on, this laptop loses so much value.

I didn't contact them as I didn't need to open the laptop.
