Hi Team Acer, I bought an ACER Aspire E 15 E5-575-30P5 Laptop having SL. No. NXGE6SI024********* on 26/06/2017. Everything was going smoothly till 21/07/2017. On that very day I bought NETPROTECTOR ANTIVIRUS and installed it on my computer. From that day I cannot connect my laptop to internet, whereas When I use "ping www.google.com -t" it shows active network connection. I tried my level best to solve the issue but can't help it. Please do the needful. It is not possible for me to go to the service centre because of my hectic schedule.
