ACER E15 E5-575-30P5 cannot connect to the Internet

Hi Team Acer, I bought an ACER Aspire E 15 E5-575-30P5 Laptop having SL. No. NXGE6SI024********* on 26/06/2017. Everything was going smoothly till 21/07/2017. On that very day I bought NETPROTECTOR ANTIVIRUS and installed it on my computer. From that day I cannot connect my laptop to internet, whereas When I use "ping www.google.com -t" it shows active network connection. I tried my level best to solve the issue but can't help it. Please do the needful. It is not possible for me to go to the service centre because of my hectic schedule.

    it's not an Acer issue but net protector antivirus, i suggest you to contact them.

    Actually Net Protect seems to be fake protection and is found to install malware next to it. See link for story. Suggest uninstall and running malwarebytes and getting a good antivirus like NOD32, or if you prefer free, Bitdefender or Avast.
