Switch 10 won't power up and no LED indicator when plugged in....

Hi folks, so my switch 10 has stopped working.  I let it run down very dead for a number of days, and now it won't power up, and it won't even light up the power LED when it is plugged in.  I have TWO charger cables for the switch 10 and tried both.  I think the odds that both charger cables went bad are very slim.  

 

Are there any suggestions out there?  I've tried all the long press combinations that have been suggested in other posts.  I'm unnerved that the power LED won't light up and don't know what that implies?  Thanks for any feedback, it is much appreciated.

I just wanted to report back that I found a battery on eBay for $22.50 and followed a how to web page to replace the battery and it works like a champ again.  

 

So it was the battery, it must have just lost its ability to take a charge.

Is there a Battery Reset pinhole that you could try?

Usually on the underside and more or less in the middle.

I've looked all over and there doesn't appear to be any such reset hole on this device.

Maybe it needs a new battery?
