Aspire E15 keeps shutting down on fresh Win10 install

I have just formatted my Aspire E15 using the Windows 10 bootable USB installation tool, removing all partitions and installing Windows 10 on a fresh new partition. Everything works fine up untill the point where Windows 10 has been completely installed and I start looking around for drivers, antivirus etc. The CPU suddenly spikes to 100%, the fans start going like crazy, the screen starts turning on and off, making the windows error sound, and then it finally shuts down and restarts itself. When it restarts it is completely unable to boot into Windows, and just keeps trying to load, with the little icon spinning. Only thing that works is formatting the drive again and reinstalling Windows again. On my latest attempt, I managed to get a temperature monitoring program installed, just before the shutdown, and it never read above 83 deg. C, so I don't think it's an overheating problem.

Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: It's an Aspire E15 E5-553-T01Q

    Hi

Is there a recovery area that you could use to stabilise the system?

If so perhaps then update any drives and BIOS etc.

    Could the media be faulty/corrupted?

Is there a possibility of "Secure Boot" being turned off?

I realise you have cleared all partitions but sometimes recovery areas are hidden.  Remaking the install media may be worth doing even if it is not faulty.

    If in doubt please ask.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

Secure Boot seems to be enabled, though I can't disable it.
I don't think there are any recovery areas, but I'm not quite sure how I would find these. Any suggestions?
Right now I'm trying another reinstall with a freshly made bootable USB installation tool.

If I don't get it working by tomorrow, I'm going to assume the problem is with the hardware, and return it to the retailer, since my warranty is still in effect.

The new bootable USB seemed to be no different, I still manage to get Windows installed and working fine for a couple of minutes before it, once again, maxed the CPU and then shut down.

I've managed to boot into safe mode with no problems though, so the problem might be driver-related. I'll try installing whatever drivers I can. Any help is still appreciated.
