Low volume and no sound are actually different problems. :) Have you got the monitor volume set high enough? There is volume control on the monitor that's separate from the volume on the computer.

Volume of monitor is max'd. Volume in Win10 tool tray control also at max, and in app.

Is the monitor just soft? I notice the sound isn't anything to write home about. Very tinny and from more than 3 feet you can't much hear anything.

The speakers used in monitors, and laptops, are often pretty weak. I don't know about your specific model though. If you notice, the original poster here gave two different model numbers, and I don't know which one you have, or even if you have a different model.

    Hi blacksmithtim,

If you are having the same model speaker sound will be lesser because it has only 2 watts speaker.

    Speakers : 2 x 2 W
