Revo One Mini Desktop - RL85 256GB SD Card reader

I have just uodated the driver for the Realtec PCIE card Reader to version 10.0.10130.29089, and it still can't read a 256GB SD Card. All my other PCs and laptops can read it.

 

Will there be a driver update to fix this?

try to update using the latest from Realtek:

by the way Acer tested SDXC card up to 64GB only.

Thanks for the link. I just did and it made no difference.

Bummer, as this is my PC that I am using to organize my book collection on - and do my back-up of it.

 

Telling me that Acer have tested up to 64 GB is not comforting. There are already 512GB SD cards available, and I have to assume that I am not the only one that wants to back-up onto SD cards because of their small format and transferability to other multimedia devices.

i understand you...i can only suggest you to try another SD card brand if possible, no other ideas.
