does it happen with AC charger plugged or unplugged?

if so, there's a missing ground on the output jack or audio board.

if it doesn't happen on battery only, there's something on your outlet or electric line, try another outlet.

It does seem it only happens when i am plugged in. I am on Solar and use a Sinwave Inverter.

Probably is an electric line interference, check if you have other devices that share the same outlet.
