I recently got a basic Acer Aspire VX15, after my own upgrades I have it: i7/32GB 2400Mhz/256NVME+1TB SATA SSD/1050Ti and I noticed I was getting kind of low Cinebench R15 scores, of about 620-640 when most laptops with this CPU get near or above 700. I decided to do a clean Windows install from the Recovery menu, and viola! I am now getting 710-710.

thought of sharing if anyone is having performance issues.

    Thanks for sharing my dude.
    Although I only have a swift 3 with a ryzen 2500u igpu Vega 8

Which usually gets above 550. I only keep getting 440-480 range. Before windows update I had 550 decent ***** but after some updates and a whole month. I haven't checked cinebench for a long time I discover low scores

Currently clean installing. Hoping I'd get a better score if not 600 lol

I'll post another comment with my results (if anyone is interested)

    Nope. Still getting the same.
Guess it's not the issue for me.
