4K Display Failing?

Predator 17X Laptop (GX-792). Should I send this back to ACER for repair or is there a quicker fix? The laptop is only 2 months old and this is what I see during every black screen.

They had to replace screen. En route back to me, due back by Wednesday.
Bummed with having to pay to ship (I did 2 day)
Happy with turn around time. (Not counting the slow return shipping)0

Dang! I was really hoping that wasn't the only fix. I use this EVERY day for work. It took me days to set up all the VPNs for managing all the sites and getting all the software I needed installed.

is this the blank screen while booting?
Can you reproduce this by for e.g. taking an totally back picture in the background at Fullscreen?

It is always there just prominent during darker screens. Every loading screen, during dark scenes in movies, everytime I'm using command line for work.

There is nothing wrong with you screen. It is just that the LED light of the logo at the back is not isolated good enough(you are not the only one with this issue). There is no way you can fix it, so you should send it to repairs if you still haven't done so yet.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
-Model number

-CPU
-GPU-Operating systemHelios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

To confirm this, unplug the charger from the laptop, so the LEDs of the logo and keyboard go off, open some dark theme on your screen and you will see it is not there.

Even with all backlights off it is still there.
New development: My CPU frequency is not recognized by Predator Sense anymore it shows "----"

Send it for repairs, don't wait. The sooner you send it, the sooner it will get fixed and you don't have to get annoyed with it every time you are using the laptop.
