Predator Helios 300 best Graphics driver

I wanted to share some interesting information. I have been benchmarking this laptop to see if using the nividia drivers provided by acer to be the best. I ran the 3d Mark Sky Diver benchmark both times plugged into ac power, and power mode set to high performance.

Using the current drivers from Nividia 382.53 I recieved a score of 22211

Using the one on acer's site for. ( I forgot to right down what the driver number is) i Got a score of 23769

It makes sense that the drivers released from Acer will have better performance. Just wanted to get the info out there and see if others were having different results.

Are the acer graphic drivers are out of the box or have you upgraded them

Not out of the box, the updated drivers from acers support page.

The VGA drivers for Nividia from here https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7213?b=1 are the ones that got the better score.

I also used the latest drivers from Nividia. I got lower score using the most updated drivers http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/119918/en-us
