I have Icona W4 tablet with upgraded Windows 10 Creators Update. It worked fine till yesterday.

Now tablet is somehow bricked.

Turning on by pressing power button causes one screen flesh (wihout picture, just "black flash").
After that - holding power button (1 sec) makes power LED flashing 5 times in green and white camera LEDs start to shine.
In this state tablet is bricked. Only thing I can do is turn it off by Power button + Volume Down combo.
When tablet is charging power LED shines in red, but everything is same.

What options do I have?

(I tryed to Power + Volume down combo for 30 sec..).
