Gateway DX4870-UB20P WIN 10 Boot

My DX4870 crashed and after trying to recover the system several times, I used Norton Recover and Windows recovery several times.

Now the Win 10 Recovery points have disappeard.

I tried my Win 7 Recovery disk ( I have 2 copies that I maded when I got my PC) The recovery will go all the way to 99% comlete and stop. I ran this 5 times with the same result. 

The Recovery was set to save my files. I don;t want to erase my files yet, as I want to recover them 1st. 

I upgraded the OS from Win 7  PRO to Win 8 Pro and then with the FREE Win 10 PRO upgrade.

 

I;m planning on getting anothe Seagate HD to try to transfer my 1st HD over.

 

What I need is a motherboard manual or instructions on whar plug to connect the DATA Cable.
