    >>>windows 8, or windows 8.1>>>

It is important to know if it was 8 or 8.1

Open Control Panel. Search for "partition". Click administrative tools to open Disk Management. Do you see a recovery partition? Jack E/NJ

I have two questions. (1) If you are 100% certain that the video card worked in the first month, what Windows version was installed? (2) And when you discovered it was not working, what Windows version was installed?  Jack E/NJ

    1) I remember when it happened this time i have windows 10 insider preview 15048 and this issue happened still this windows. I had nothing to do. just working and rendering 3d designs, making music, play same games. I did almost everything with this laptop and was very happy with it .. But one day just so

    2) windows 10 insider preview 15048

Your graphics issue is probably due one of the Win10 updates made on Win10 preview. This has also been a reported issue for other systems.

Open Control Panel again. Search for "restore point". Click on restore system from an earlier restore point. Check the earliest restore point date that Win10 update would've automatically created. If you think the graphics issue happened ***after that date***, you can probably restore your nvidia functionality.

However, if you think it happened ***before that date***, then we will need to try to find out if Win7, Win8 or Win8.1 was installed on the machine before you installed Win10 preview.

    problem

    >>>But in addition to Windows 8.1>>>

If Win8.1 was actually on the machine when you first acquired it and the nvidia card was working propertly --- and if the hidden recovery partition is still intact even though you apparently can't see it with Disk Management, you ***might*** be able to do a factory re-set back to Win8.1 while saving your data by following this video ***exactly***

If this doesn't work, we still have other options to try to get the card to work.

You said earlier>>>When I find a hardware id show me sometimes gtx 660m, gt 555m, and old models of nvidia graphics cards.>>>

Sometimes GTX660m? Sometimes GT555m? Sometimes the older models? The likely reason for this issue is that the original machine did NOT have either the 660m or the 555m. It came from the factory with the older models, the GT630m or 640m. Accordingly, I suggest that you at least try the software drivers for the older models. Jack E/NJ

Uninstall the 3D driver with the yellow caution symbol. Exit Device Mgr. Then cold boot the machine. Then check Device Manager again. What happens? Jack E/NJ
