Hi! My laptop keep getting a blue screen and I'm getting an error message photo attached. I have already reset my laptop 3 times and to no avail. Can someone help me please?image1 (1).JPG

    please report the installed Windows version too

    Hi IronFly,

     

    The error message is Qcamain10x64.sys

    please connect using the Ehternet LAN cable adapter and check if data connection is working

    then try this:

    press windows logo key + x

    device manager

    click on network adapters

    right click on the wifi adapter and choose to uninstall and tick to uninstall software too if prompted

    once done reboot and let window download and re-install the drivers

     

    if it still crash or you can't connect using the ethernet cable, please report the wifi adapter hardwareID:

    Windows logo key + x
    click on Device manager

    click on network adapters
    double click on wifi adapter
    choose "Details" tab
    from dropdown menu, select HardwareIDs
    click on the first value and copy/paste it here
