Hi I am JENNY and new here and need help with my AcerAspire v5-573G

I have a laptop which I bought last 2014. Some of the keyboard keys are not working like for example F,C,A etc...Right now I am using an external keyboard in order to message here.This is frustrating me and dunno what to do.I heard that I need to change my keyboard but I personally think that changing of keyboard won't guarantee the solution besides, the keyboard of this computer is hard to find. There are no shops that sell this unit here in Denmark, where I live in.

What shallI do? Your kind help will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

You have to check for any keys sticking due to spillage or dust, clean the keyboard with a brush, go to Device manager, expand Keyboard, highlight and right click PS/2 standard keyboard, right click and uninstall, reboot and let Windows install the driver.

I have no issues with the driver. I think the solution is to open and clean the keyboard but it is very hard to open the laptop. I don't know how to open the laptop without ruining the keyboard. There are some screws and wirings that are hard to figure out..
