phone damaged and unable to switch on HELP ME GUYS!!!!!!!!!

recently my acer liquid e700 got damaged, my phone won't switch on and the display is broken. I even didn't had a micro SD card for saving the data inserted in my phone and saved all data on the phone's memory. Now i and under big problem unable to get the data from phone's memory.

1.Is there any possibility of connecting my phone to PC for viewing phone data?

2.Is there any other method to switch on my phone?

3.how can i get my data that's stored on phone's memory?

 

now ,i long pressed both the volume buttons it has brought the phone in switch off to a screen where i can partially see some chineese options, how to get out of this screen?

pictures and other things, will be accesible only if your phone is able to boot and manage an USB connection, if not...

i think the only way to try to retrieve something is using ADB command or enter fastboot but i don't have any experience on that, sorry.
