Capturedd.JPGHello there,

I have a problem in Acer Recovery Management. I want to restore my PC into factory settings, but it keeps giving me this error. It used to work, but now it doesn't. Could anyone tell me how to solve this problem, so that I can restore my system?

Thanks in advance.

try to create a factory default back and check if you are able to, so you can try to factory reset from it

    or

at boot press Alt + F10 and check if you are able to factory reset it

When I click at create a factory default backup, it shows the same error message. For booting, I saw that I can reset the pc, but without seeing the Acer recovery management at my options. The only thing it shows me is to reset the whole pc without having any recovery.

By the way, I used Ease US Master to rearrange the hardware storage (redistribute the empty space from the D drive and add it to the C drive). But I reverted it (returned the empty space back to D drive) when I saw that error message from acer recovery. I guess it caused some problems, while applying the change on both drives.

if you edited the partitions size that error means erecovery can't find the correct partition size.

if alt+F10 is working, do the reset from it, it's the same as doing via erecovery.

Hey man, what I concluded is that the recovery partition is wiped out. So what I did as a solution to my case is that I downloaded a new windows from Microsoft (installation media one) and downloaded belarc to get my product key. Then I installed it once again and now its running smoothly. Thank you, though, for your cooperation.
