Acer Aspire One 14" Z1402-32F2

Acer Aspire one 14 Z1402-32f2 Battery replacement / rebuild.
I need to buy a new battery for this laptop.It was dead so I try to find on acer official syte but the modle number or SN is not found. Can anyone please send me the link to buy one ?
Also I try to rebuild the battery pack it had 3 lithium ion batteries (samsung IRC18650-22F) and I replaced with NCR18650B same features except the battery life. But laptop isn't detecting the new cells. When I turn on the laptops it only stay 1 minutes and it turnd off but the battery is full (when I check from multimeter) and without plugging I can turn on but only for 1 miut even in the BIOS screen it just turned off. So what should I do ? is that something with protection circuit or the new battery ?

It appears that the control chip has failed in your battery pack. I suggest you google the part numbers on its label with the terms "cross reference" "laptop" and/or "notebook" to try to find a compatible pack with similar dimensions, mAhr capacity & cell count. Jack E/NJ
