aspire M3 581PTG ghost touch on my screen

I bought my new machine from LaptopsDirect.ie and I already upgraded Ram because I was affraid that if i do this on my own i will lost waranty. I received this laptop yesterday and since first time i started (the battery was not connected) there are a   ghost touches on the screen, it is like i would touch the screen but I am not doing anything. Also the mouse pointer jump rundomly that the working on this machine it is almost impossible. now I do not knoow should i call to LaptopsDirect.ie or to the Acer service? does anyone know is this a serious problem. I did my research and it happens a lot with Acer Iconia tablet but i could not find anything about aspire M3 with the touch screen. Also does the Ram upgrade has anything to do with it?

I am not sure if you are actually experiencing ghost touches on the screen, or if your touchpad is recognizing touches when you are typing. I recommend you disable tapping for your touchpad, to see if it resolves the issue. You can use the instructions at http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6752, to disable your tapping feature.
