Sold 15 unit of AZ3705-5005U All-in-One Desktop PC
Within 2 months after purchased, my customer complainted that 9 units having defects with the Touchscreen with Auto-Clicking problem, reported to Acer Centre and Acer Technicians already replaced the faulty LCD and repaired.
And yesterday, 1 of the 9 units starting to having same defects with its TouchScreen + Autoclicking.
IS these AZ3705-5005U units are offcially faulty with the Touchscreen or what??
My customer complaint and demanding from Acer to replaced all the faulty unit immediately as my customer was a kindergarden and using the PC for teaching the kids and the parents are getting furious over the lacks of pc usage due to these faulty/defect pc
Can anybody assist me??
