Hi there, I have Acer NC-E3-112-C5FJ laptop which came Windows 8.1 preinstalled. I have updated it to the Windows 10 but due to some touchpad problems, I sent it to the official Acer Turkey service. They repaired it but after Windows 10 Creators Update, Windows cannot see touchpad driver and touchpad is not working. During update I leaved my USB mouse attached to the system. After update completed I removed USB mouse and cursor hidden and touchpad not worked. I checked Device Manager, there is no touchpad driver. Under mouse settings there are not settings about touchpad. I have changed the touchpad settings under BIOS to basic, didn't work. I have downloaded official drivers from Acer Support page, didn't work. I have booted system into Ubuntu Live Session, touchpad worked. I think there is some problem with Windows 10 or touchpad drivers. Windows Update cannot find required drivers. I don't want to reset Windows 10 to the factory defaults. How can I solve this problem? Thanks.
